- Qualify your cartridges by looking at our current price list to see if we accept and purchase the cartridges you use and want to recycle.

- Your “Welcome” package and our website contain a “Earn Extra Cash” page that lists several ideas for promotion.
- Our customer service staff is available to answer questions and give ideas.
**Optional: You may place recycling program information on your school or organization’s website and earn extra cash for linking to our website.

| What types of cartridges do you accept? |
- All cartridges accepted are listed on our pricelist, which can be accessed from our homepage.
- We accept most name brand inkjet, laser toner, fax, and copy cartridges.

| Do all the cartridges I send have to be on your price list? |

Once you have reached the shipping minimums of either 10 laser toners or 20 inkjets on our current price list, all inkjets are accepted. Inkjets sent that are not on our pricelist are not paid for, but will be recycled. There is no need to sort any additional inkjets. (When sending a combination of cartridges on our current price list, send 20 or more.)
- Larger toner cartridges must be on our current price list. If you have a toner that you cannot find on our pricelist or you need help in determining what a cartridges is, please call toll free 800-706-9941 or e-mail at info@advantagecartridge.com and we will help in the determination and/or give you other options for recycling the cartridge.

| Do you accept remanufactured or compatible cartridges? |
|
Yes, we do accept some remanufactured and/or compatible, “twice used” cartridges.
- Remanufactured or compatible cartridges accepted are listed on both the toner and inkjet price lists at the bottom of the page.
- When determining if a cartridge is a REMAN or compatible, check the cartridge label. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) like Hewlett Packard, Canon and Lexmark place their label directly on the cartridge. Remanufactured cartridges will usually have different stickers. Look on the box &/or cartridge for words and phrases such as, “cartridge used in HP…”, “compatible with…”, “this cartridge replaces…”, and “replacement for…”
- If you do not find your cartridge listed or need help determining what the cartridge is, e-mail a digital photo to info@advantagecartridge.com and we will help in the determination and/or give you other options for recycling the cartridge.
You may send any remanufactured inkjets, however we do not pay for all of them- so please do not count them toward your 20 inkjet minimum.

| Yes, we buy inkjet and toner cartridges and pay double the amount on our current price list. (If ink cartridges are expired, they will only get the empty price.) E-mail greg@advantagecartridge.com with questions concerning large quantities of overstock cartridges. |
| How many cartridges do I collect before shipping or calling for pick-up? |
- Inkjets: You must send a minimum of 20-100 per shipping label.
- Toners: You must send a minimum of 10-20 per shipping label.
(When sending a combination of cartridges on our current price list, send 20 or more.)
- Cell phones/PDA's: If sending inkjets and toners you may send any number of phones. If you are sending ONLY cell phones, you must send a minimum of 20 per shipping label.

| How do I ship? |
We ship with UPS!
- All of our return shipping labels have a generic weight of 6 lbs on them. This is NOT a maximum weight. All UPS packages are reweighed and Advantage Cartridge will be charged according to the actual weight of the package. Please use only one label per box. Do not photocopy labels.
- If you already have a daily pick up account, please leave package at your pickup area and the UPS driver will take your package along with your outbound packages.
- If you routinely have deliveries from or see your UPS driver, hand him the package and he will take it with him.
- Take package to any UPS access point, including your local UPS store, a UPS Customer Counter, UPS authorized shipping outlet, or any customer that accepts packages on behalf of UPS.
- Warning: Calling UPS to schedule a pickup will result in a fee charged to you. (We will not reimburse this charge.)

| Does Advantage Cartridge pay all shipping costs? |
Yes, we pay all shipping costs provided you follow our shipping/packing requirements and send the requested minimums of 10 laser toners or 20 inkjets that are virgin, undamaged and appear on our current price list. If minimums are not met and/or packing material is not used, a percentage will be deducted from your recycling check for shipping costs.
*If box size exceeds 75" L+W+H, a $45.00 Fee will be deducted from recycling earnings.

| When should I expect payment? |
| You will receive a check within 30 days from the date we receive your cartridges. |
| Can I buy new or remanufactured cartridges from Advantage Cartridge? |
| Yes, but it is optional. Just fax or phone us with your most recent invoice, or the cartridge #'s you use and the price you are currently paying. We will try our best to offer you a lower price. Email Lee at lee@advantagecartridge.com with any questions about purchasing. |
